Joining is free. Starter has zero monthly fee — pay only a small platform commission per booking. Pro and Elite are flat monthly subscriptions you can cancel any time.

When a customer books, their deposit is held by Amboi (not you). Once the event is delivered and the customer confirms, funds release to your wallet. Withdraw to your bank in 1-2 working days.

Yes — you can update prices, packages, and availability any time from your dashboard. Existing bookings keep the price they were quoted at.

Each booking follows your chosen cancellation policy (Strict / Moderate / Flexible). If a customer cancels within the no-refund window, you keep the deposit. We handle the conversation.

Profile completion, fast quote response (under 4 hours), good reviews, and clear pricing are the biggest levers. Pro and Elite tiers unlock paid boosts to push you higher in search.

If a customer raises a dispute, we mediate. We have access to your messages, the booking history, and the contract terms. Most are resolved within 48 hours.

Only if your turnover exceeds the Royal Customs threshold. We collect SST on your behalf if you're registered — just toggle it on in Compliance settings.

Each vendor account represents one business. If you operate multiple brands (e.g. catering and a separate florist arm), set up a vendor account per brand for cleaner reporting.
