Once your earnings clear escrow they sit in your Available balance ready to withdraw. Here's how to request a payout.
Click "Request payout"
From Vendor → Operations → Payouts, click the Request payout button (top right). The form pre-fills with your available balance and your saved bank account.
Minimum payout amount
RM 50. Below that, the bank-transfer fee eats too much of the payment. Let your balance accrue until it crosses the threshold.
Processing window
Requests submitted by Friday 5pm are batch-processed on the following Monday morning. Funds typically land in your account within 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
If you submit on a public holiday week, expect one extra business day.
What if my balance changes between request and processing?
The request locks in the amount you specified. If a new booking releases between Friday and Monday, that money is available for the next payout cycle.
Bank details mismatch
The most common reason a payout fails is a name mismatch between your registered business name (SSM-listed) and your bank account holder name. Update either in Vendor → Settings → Payout Settings before requesting.
Track your request
Open Vendor → Payouts to see all your past requests with status — pending, processing, paid, or failed.
If a payout shows failed, check the failure note (usually bank rejection due to name/account mismatch), fix the details, and re-request.
